How long does shipping take for mattresses and bedding?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Large mattress orders are shipped via specialized freight and may take 10-14 business days for white-glove delivery.
Do you offer a sleep trial period?
Yes, we offer a 100-night risk-free trial on all mattresses. If you are not completely satisfied after 30 nights of adjustment, you can return it for a full refund.
What is the warranty on Sleepy's products?
Our mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity. Bedding and pillows carry a 1-year limited warranty.
How do I care for my new linens and pillows?
Most of our linens are machine washable on a gentle cycle with cold water. We recommend air drying or tumble drying on low heat to preserve the fiber quality.
Are your materials eco-friendly and safe?
Absolutely. All our foams are CertiPUR-US® certified, and our textiles are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified to be free from harmful chemicals and toxins.
Do you provide old mattress removal services?
Yes, we offer an optional 'Haul-Away' service during checkout for a small fee when you select White Glove Delivery for your new mattress.
